Saint Kathryn's faith formation program is designed to help children and their families grow in their desire to love and imitate Jesus in their every day life. To achieve this goal, we ask all families to bring their children to the celebration of Sunday Eucharist. All children's ministries provide prayer experiences, service opportunities and occasions for community building. We currently offer classes for Grades 1-8 on Sunday mornings. Classes meet every other week, so be sure to look at the schedule and see if Group 1 or Group 2 is best for your family.
To register your child, please print and return the following two forms...

Education Philosophy
St. Kathryn’s Religious Education Program fosters an atmosphere where Catholic values are nurtured, demonstrated and cherished. Each person is encouraged to develop a strong and positive sense of self and a respect for others. Our hope is that each student achieves an understanding of God, of Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, of the teachings of the Catholic Church and develops a personal and communal relationship with Jesus.
Objectives and Aims
The mission and general aims of our Religious Education Program are as follows:
1. Encourage development of Christian values.
2. Encourage participation in the Liturgy, Sacraments, and prayer at home.
3. Strive to grow as members of a faith community and become aware of the needs of others through service activities.
4. To develop concern for each other by cooperation rather than competing in the task of learning.
5. To learn to respect personal property and the property of others.
Junior High School and High School Program
We pay special attention to developing a strong sense of faith in our Jr. and Sr. High School youth. Our programs strive to meet the following three goals as stated in Renewing The Vision (The National Conference of Catholic Bishops):
