Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire is looking for volunteers! Help them end homelessness "one family at a time" by donating an hour or two to staff their building to assist residents; or to babysit in the evenings; or to make a meal and drop it off on a weeknight. March 12, 7:00-9:00 p.m. Join the Diocese of Manchester for a virtual Lenten Evening of Reflection for young adult Catholics led by Kathy Tardif, Director of Campus Ministry at Plymouth State University. Lent can be a stark time of self-denial, hard sacrifice, and struggle with our weaknesses. Beauty can seem a luxury, too extravagant for such a season. Yet beauty plays an important role in the spiritual life, uplifting our souls and even saving them. Come refresh yourself with an evening devoted to beauty in its many forms. There is no fee, but you must register to participate. Facilitator bio: Kathy Tardif has been the Catholic Campus Minister at Plymouth State University for 16 years, has been a spiritual director for over 10 years and has advanced training in Ignatian spirituality. She has been facilitating retreats for high school and college students and adults for 20 years. For registration questions, please contact Alyse Hlasny, ahlasny@rcbm.org or (603) 663-0108.
