Vespers is celebrated each Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. in the church (with the exception of summer and Solemnities). This is accompanied by Benediction of the Most Blessed Sacrament.
"One of the greatest works we could be about in our lives is to console the Heart of Jesus. ...Just to sit in His presence, even if we don’t say anything or do anything, is consoling to our Lord. How much He wants us to keep Him company and to remember that He is there. How much He wants us to be eager to visit Him in the Tabernacle or when He is exposed on the Altar! It is with this in mind, that I would like to ask us as a parish family to commit ourselves to Eucharistic Adoration on the First Friday of the month, the First Friday being dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus." --Father Michael
During exposition every Wednesday and also on First Fridays of the month, the Lord must always be attended by at least two adorers. Although many parishioners come for adoration, we need the names and contact information for at least two adorers per hour in order to ensure this requirement is met and we are able to maintain the parish adoration schedule. Are you able to volunteer for an hour with the Most Blessed Sacrament each Wednesday or First Friday of the month? Please call the parish office at 603.882.7793 or fill out the form below and we will contact you with available Wednesday or First Friday time slots.
If you are unable to make your scheduled adoration time, please call the adoration team captain for your time block, and he or she will ensure there are still at least two adorers for your hour.
